At PropSearch, we believe you should always have complete control over your personal information. You can initiate the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

• In-App Deletion: The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the PropSearch mobile app. Simply navigate to your Profile / Settings > Account and select Delete Account to process it instantly.
• Web Request: If you have already uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, you can submit a deletion request using the form on this page. Our support team will process it for you.

What Data Gets Deleted?

When your account deletion is processed, the following information is securely and permanently erased:

• Personal profile identifiers (Name, Phone Number, Email).
• All your active and inactive property listings.
• Your saved property searches, favorites, and preference settings.
• Your direct communication history and inquiries made through the PropSearch platform.

What Data is Retained & Why?

In most cases, everything is erased. However, to comply with strict legal, tax, and accounting obligations, we may securely retain limited transactional records (such as paid invoices or legally binding digital property agreements) for the period mandated by national law. This retained data is strictly isolated, highly protected, and is no longer linked to an active user profile.

How Does the Deletion Process Work?

Once we receive and verify your request, your active property listings and profile will be unpublished immediately so they are no longer visible. The complete removal of your data footprint from our active servers and secure backup arrays is processed automatically within a standard 30-day window. Please note that this action is irreversible.
